The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: Order verification, fulfillment and packaging. All orders are processed within 48 hours after being placed. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as it is available. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but the time is dependent up on the method of shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Unused, unworn, regularly priced merchandised with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
If the item(s) appear worn, washed, used, or otherwise defective there will be no refund. Sale items excluded.
