Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
The main method of shipping USPS (United States Postal Service), but depend on the shipping speed you select we also use UPS.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

At Seattle Shirt Company our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, fulfillment and packaging. All orders are processed within 48 hours after being placed. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as it is available.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to you. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but the time is dependent up on the method of shipping.

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Our site is powered by Shopify so the payments made through www.seattleshirt.com will be charged to a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to bill you through a payment account linked to your Account on the Services (your “Billing Account”) for Products you purchase.
Our Payment Processor accepts payments through various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as detailed on the applicable payment screen. You may also use PayPal as a payment option on our site.
The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to this Agreement. We are not responsible for error by the Payment Processor. Y
ou agree to pay us all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of such Paid Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”).
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

Payment Method: Your Payment Method and your agreement with your financial provider dictate the terms of your payment. You agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.

At Seattle Shirt Company we know there are many choices when buying online so we want to make sure you know that you’re well protected. Using Shopify, a verified and trusted internet website builder, plus having your items pulled directly by our warehouse employees ensures that your purchase is incredibly safe. Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose all the amazing Seattle items that you would like to purchase and put these items into your cart. Once you’re satisfied use our checkout to complete your transaction. You will need an email, a payment method (credit card, Apple pay, PayPal, etc.), and your billing and shipping addresses. It’s that simple and once you’re done the rest is up to us!
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you don’t need an account, but having an account will make future checkouts fast and easy.
