Online Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE ORDERS ONLY - This form CANNOT be used for in store purchases.

 

Unused, unworn, regularly priced merchandise with original tags/packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

If the item(s) appear open, worn, washed, used, or otherwise defective there will be no refund. Sale items excluded. 

Please include the order number, purchaser name, contact name/number/email and reason for return/exchange.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item(s) with the carrier of his/her choosing.

Only one exchange per item per order will be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please refer to the tracking number provided to you at the time your order was shipped for delivery ETA. We utilize USPS and UPS. 

If tracking info states your package was "Delivered" but you did not receive it please contact USPS or UPS directly for assistance. We also recommend checking with your delivery carrier and neighbors in case a package was placed in an odd location.

If you still cannot find your package after contacting your local shipping office, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
