How We Ship

Shipping Methods

We use USPS and UPS for our shipments. 

We ship [almost] every weekday from our warehouses in Seattle and Leavenworth, Washington. As a small business, our warehouse is closed on weekends and some holidays.

Processing Time

We process all orders within 48 hours after being placed and any delays will be communicated to you. Please reach out to us directly if you have a delivery deadline and we will do our best to accommodate!

Shipping for Orders over $24.95 is Free! We offer expedited shipping on most products. Reach out to us directly if you need assistance or a rush delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping on all returns and exchanges, unless due to company error.
